In-person Gathering for Focusers

You’re invited! If you’ve taken at least one Focusing class then this salon is for you. It’s a chance to practice, to re-connect to Focusing, to meet other practitioners and to carve out time to listen to yourself. You’re welcome just as you are. It’s okay if you haven’t been practicing since the last class. It’s okay if you forget things. That’s why we do salons! To remind ourselves of the joy, space, relief and unfolding that can happen when we take the time to really listen to our inner space.
We will begin the salon with a guided attunement, followed by a group check-in that incorporates teaching reminders. Then you’ll get to practice with a partner.
Cost: Sliding scale from $30-60. Please select the rate that works best for you.
Register by July 18, 2025. This salon will be limited to no more than 8 participants.
Tea and light snacks will be provided.
