This workshop will offer tools for transforming the inner experience of and relationship to overwhelm and conflict.
Led by Meg Stein of Alive and Aware Practice and Tommy Noonan of Culture Mill, this workshop offers participants interactive experiences that cultivate inner spaciousness and compassion.
We’ll be using embodied mindfulness, including a practice called Inner-Relationship Focusing, along with improvisational movement practices that incorporate principles of Aikido and Somatics, and accessible visual art practices.
This workshop is open to everyone and is accessible for all skill levels. Past participants in our wellness series have ranged in age from 23 to 88!
