Using Focusing for Overwhelm

In-person Workshop
Wed, Aug 27, 2025 from 6:30-8:30p
@ Radical Healing,
2003 Chapel Hill Rd, Durham, NC

Do you often experience overwhelm?

In this introductory workshop, participants will learn about the embodied mindfulness practice of Inner-Relationship Focusing and how it can help in moments of feeling overwhelmed and can unlock new possibilities for moving forward.

Inner-Relationship Focusing is an embodied mindfulness practice that helps you move through big emotions, stuck feelings, and difficulties in your life with authenticity and self-compassion. Focusing can also be an invaluable way to help you see and understand more of how you actually feel about something in your life. It is an emergent process that helps you explore the edge of your current understanding.
