  • This month-long class teaches participants how to practice Inner-Relationship Focusing (IRF), an evidence-based, mind-body method for emotional healing that fosters self-compassion, reduces anxiety, and offers many other benefits.

    Participants learn how to listen differently to inner experience, especially what is not yet clear or emerging. The class teaches how to practice in daily life and with other people.
