This five-week introductory class will teach participants the fundamentals of Inner-Relationship Focusing and the skills needed to practice with a partner.

Some of what we cover in Level Three includes deepening the ability to stay in Presence, honing skills for dis-identifying from while being with parts, strengthening an understanding of how inner managers work, and deepening companion skills.
