Group Guided Focusing Sessions-- Wednesday evenings in person
Group Guided Focusing Sessions
Wednesdays, June 25, July 2 & July 9, 2025 from 6-8:30p
In-person at Radical Healing, 2003 Chapel Hill Rd, Durham, NC
Led by Meg Stein
These Guided Group Focusing Sessions are for small groups of three people. During each Group Session, each person will have the opportunity to work with Meg individually for 30-40 minutes. Participants will likewise learn from watching the other two participant’s individual work. There will be space for the group to process the experience, to engage with Inner-Relationship Focusing teachings, and to ask questions.
Who should attend Group Sessions?
These Group Guided Focusing Sessions are for anyone, whether you have previously done a Focusing session or not. Participants should be able to attend all three sessions and are expected to stay for the whole time. We will be building a group container together, so everyone’s attendance for the duration of the series will be important.
What is Inner-Relationship Focusing?
Inner-Relationship Focusing is an embodied mindfulness practice that can help with a wide range of issues in your life, including relationships, parenting, family, mental health desires, big or small transitions, cultivating creativity, gaining clarity around questions and a lot more. It's a practice that allows you to understand more about what is not yet consciously known and to experience your life more fully. Here’s more information about its many benefits.
