In-person Workshop
Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 6:30-8p
@ Practice Space, 2200 Dominion St. Unit H, Durham, NC 27713

This workshop uses the mind-body practice of Focusing to cultivate creativity. Utilizing practices that are accessible for all levels, this workshop will invite participants to discover more about their own creativity through embodied mindfulness, free writing and drawing.
Focusing is a mind-body practice that helps you move through big emotions, stuck feelings, and difficulties in your life with authenticity and self-compassion. Focusing can also be an invaluable way to help you see and understand more of how you actually feel about something in your life. It is an emergent process that helps you explore the edge of your current understanding.
Cost: Sliding scale from $15-$30.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. You’re also welcome to bring drawing/writing utensils and paper that you enjoy using. Supplies will also be provided.
