During this workshop you will engage interactive exercises to help you connect more deeply to your inner wisdom. We will also do exercises that reveal and build on collective and individual archetypes to help you experience your own story more fully.

Denise Padilla of River Water Healing holds space for artists, creatives, leaders, and anyone lacking self-confidence or feeling stuck.
Meg Stein (she/they) specializes in wellness, embodied mindfulness and facilitation offerings at Alive and Aware Practice. She is also a visual artist and incorporates creativity into all her offerings.
