Immerse yourself in the natural world and discover what wants to emerge. Through guided embodiment practice, sensory connection, and meditation, we will explore what it feels like to be present, grounded, and connected with the more-than-human world. This is not a hike, it’s an invitation to give your attention to the land and receive whatever you might be offered in return.

Please Note:

Bring a mug for tea and a camp chair or blanket if you’d like something to sit on. You are also invited (optional) to bring a picnic lunch for after the workshop.

Accessibility:

The ability to slowly navigate an uneven trail is required. This is not a hike and not meant to be strenuous, and mobility accommodations at available. Please reach out to Megan directly if you have accessibility needs or concerns (megan@sunandbone.com)
Led by Megan Bowser, LMBT.

Megan Bowser (she/they) is an artist, bodywork therapist, and somatics practitioner.
